Privacy policy

Creative Command Center is a private assistant workspace operated by Abe Rivers. This policy covers its Reader and Writer Google connections.
Information accessed and purpose
The connections use Google account identity information to select and verify the intended account. Calendar access reads calendar identity, timezone and event times for availability, and specific event details to verify authorized work. Routine availability results omit event titles. The installed app creates explicitly requested private events; it does not currently expose arbitrary event editing, deletion, invitations or sharing.
Drive and Docs access reads approved file metadata and selected document content for source-grounded project work. A separate Docs writer can make specifically authorized updates to designated documents. Existing Google scopes include Drive read-only, Docs read-only or Docs document editing, Calendar calendar-list read-only, Calendar event read-only and owned-calendar event access, depending on the connection. Google scopes may be broader than the app’s enforced account, file and action restrictions.
Processing, storage and recipients
The Google connector stores account tokens in macOS Keychain on the owner’s Mac. Local access rules, project records, selected source snapshots, conversations and operation receipts may retain document text and authorized Calendar details. Completion records preserve evidence needed to prevent duplicate actions and check results.
Relevant content may be sent to the configured AI provider to perform requested assistant work. Local models process on the owner’s equipment; remote models process through their service. Provider retention depends on the selected service and account settings. We do not promise that all processing stays local. Data is available only to authorized workspace roles and service providers needed for the requested functionality; one project’s access does not grant access to other projects or accounts.
Use limits
Google data is used to provide the requested Calendar, document and project features and verify their results. It is not sold, used for advertising profiles or used by the operator to train general-purpose AI models. Creative Command Center’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Saved local records, history, snapshots, receipts and backups can persist until removed by the operator. There is no universal automatic retention period. To request access to or removal of app-held records, contact miledeepmastery@gmail.com. Removal must account for relevant backups and the configured service providers’ deletion controls. Removing app-held records does not itself delete original Google documents or Calendar events.
Your control
You can revoke the connection through Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized access; it does not erase previously saved app records, backups or provider records. Reauthorization may be required to resume the service. Changes that expand app access or processing require review before activation.
This information site
These pages contain no sign-in form, analytics script, advertising or Google API connection. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information to deliver and protect the site. Private workspace data and credentials are not published here.
